Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 years in policy analysis and development. Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Policy Analysis: Conduct analytical studies on current policies and programs to assess their effectiveness and impact on the labor market.
Policy Development: Provide recommendations for developing or amending public policies to meet current and future needs.
Data Analysis: Analyze data related to economic, social, and political conditions and use these insights to deliver accurate reports.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on findings and policy recommendations.
Legislation & Trends Monitoring: Keep track of relevant legislative and political developments locally and globally, and advise on adaptation strategies.
Presentations: Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in internal meetings or public conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in policy analysis or a similar field.
