Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on companies, including operations, ownership, sanctions, and adverse media.

Validate customer-provided documents (e.g., licenses, financial statements) for case processing.

Analyze business models and engage in discussions with company management to clarify findings.

Perform credit risk analysis using financial and non-financial metrics, benchmarking, and ratio analysis.

Draft detailed business rating reports with financial commentary, graphs, and SWOT analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, address queries, and maintain accurate MIS and regular updates.

Requirements:

· Post graduate Degree with specialization in finance/ account/ business.

· CAMS, CAMI, KYC, or compliance related certifications

· Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in similar role

· Good understanding of financial/Businesses models (Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale and Service industries) .

· Good understanding of Legal Structures, corporate linkages and company financials related to UAE.

· Basic knowledge of UAE and GCC market, economy and the major industries in the country (would be an added advantage)
