Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Consultant to join a leading organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules and must be able to join within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions.
2. Implement and support Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Procurement, and iSupplier.
3. Configure Oracle EBS modules in line with best practices and client business processes.
4. Work closely with end-users to provide solutions, resolve functional issues, and ensure optimal system usage.
5. Support integration with other Oracle modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, etc.
6. Prepare technical and functional documentation for process flows, configuration, and system changes.
7. Assist in user training, UAT, and go-live activities.
8. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules.
2. Proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules.
3. Hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle implementations.
4. Strong understanding of Oracle SCM business processes.
5. Ability to perform gap analysis and suggest scalable solutions.
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
7. Experience working in GCC or KSA projects is preferred.

Preferred:

1. Oracle certifications in SCM modules.
2. Arabic-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
3. Previous experience working in fast-paced or semi-government environments in KSA.
