What you’ll do:
-Coordinate and support onboarding for new hires.
-Guide employees through their first days, ensuring all employment formalities are complete.
-Provide pre-arrival guidance (including relocation support).
-Ensure tools, training schedules, and team introductions are ready.
-Monitor new hire performance, engagement, and address concerns.
-Work to retain talent and prevent early turnover.
-Conduct exit interviews and recommend process improvements.
-Report on new hire success, engagement, and improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
-At least one year of experience in HR, onboarding, or coordination within the UAE
-Immediate joiner
-With excellent English communication skills.
-Confident, people-oriented, and organized.
