Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees across departments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably within FMCG or Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus.
