Our Client, a leading European Interior Contracting Group, is looking to hire a smart & young Tagalog speaking HR Executive for their Dubai office.
SKILLS SETS :
- Graduate in HR/Business Administration
- Min 3yrs of UAE experience in HR Generalist role
- Experience in Interiors/Contracting/Construction Industry is mandatory
- Prior experience handling Employee Relations & Documentation, Grievance Handling, Onboarding & Offboarding, Visa Processing & Renewals, Recruitment Coordination, Compensation & Benefits, Leave & Gratuity Calculation, Labour Accommodation, Contract Renewals, Medical Insurance Renewals & Reimbursements, Air Ticket Bookings, Attendance & Payroll Reports, Bank Verification etc
- Experience in Organizing Company Events, Team Parties, Team building activities etc
- Well versed with UAE Labour Laws & MOHRE rules & regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog mandatory
- Should be currently based in UAE & prefer immediately available to join
