Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Oil & Gas professionals.
Drive employer branding and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business or related field.
4–7 years of recruitment experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Strong sourcing & networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
