Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring needs.

-Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

-Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design job profiles.

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for different roles across the F&B sector

-Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.

-Oversee recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.

-Manage and mentor a recruitment team to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

-10–13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

-Previous experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.

-Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and talent pipelines.

-Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

-Strong organizational and project management abilities.

-Fluent in English

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
