Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Regional Sales Specialist to drive vehicle sales on behalf of an OEM across a designated region. This role focuses on managing and developing strong relationships with franchised dealerships, corporate clients, and fleet buyers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional OEM sales strategies to grow vehicle volumes and market share
Identify and onboard new dealership partners and support existing dealer networks
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including fleet and government clients
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and assist dealers with sales negotiations
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and pricing strategies
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and product planning teams to drive regional campaigns and launches
Provide timely sales performance reports and regional forecasts to OEM senior management
Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across the dealership network
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within an OEM or distributor environment
Strong B2B relationship management and territory development skills
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting
Matric required; a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous
