We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage comprehensive HR operations across multiple business sectors. This role requires expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and multicultural workforce management in alignment with Qatar Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive recruitment & talent acquisition across diversified industries
Implement performance management systems & career development initiatives
Oversee payroll, WPS compliance, compensation & benefits
Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law and expatriate sponsorship processes
Lead training programs, succession planning & employee engagement activities
Manage HRIS, reporting & HR analytics for leadership and compliance
Act as a strategic partner, aligning HR with organizational growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s preferred)
8–10+ years’ progressive HR management experience in multi-sector setups
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law & WPS
HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred
Experience in engineering, retail, construction, or heavy equipment sectors advantageous
