Key Requirements:
5–7 years of HR experience (manufacturing)
Experience in managing factory/foreign workers & documentation
Strong skills in recruitment & senior HR functions
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws & factory practices
Salary: RM 12,000 – RM 12,500 (based on experience & qualifications)
