We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple business sectors. This role requires a strong background in HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and multicultural workforce management in line with Qatar Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across diverse industries
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Oversee payroll, WPS compliance, and employee benefits administration
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance
Manage training needs assessments, career development, and succession planning
Supervise HR & Admin teams, facilities, and cross-departmental coordination
Generate HR analytics and reports for leadership and regulatory compliance
What we’re looking for:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
15–18 years of HR & Admin experience (preferably GCC experience)
Expertise in Qatar Labor Law, WPS, and expatriate visa/sponsorship processes
Proven track record in HR policy, performance management & employee relations
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multicultural workforce management skills
Proficiency in HRIS, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
Professional certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred
