- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management and staff.
- Manage office documents, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
- Support HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with staff.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and general clerical duties.

- Bachelorβs degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
