Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
5–8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within financial or regulated environments. 
Proven experience leading TCoE or testing governance projects.
Exposure to ISO certification projects (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, or ISO 27001).
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an advantage.
Strong vendor management, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) project implementation in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
Develop and maintain project implementation plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
Facilitate project governance through status meetings, risk logs, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs in alignment with target dates and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for contractual deliverables, testing frameworks, and performance review.
