we need a hands-on, highly skilled IT Administrator to manage the critical infrastructure that powers our Central Kitchen, retail outlets, and logistics fleet. The Role: IT Administrator
You will be the first line of defense and support for all technology across our organization, ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and fully operational 24/7.
Core Responsibilities:
Network & Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (WLAN) across our main office, kitchen, and retail units. Manage firewalls, VPNs, and ensure optimal connectivity for POS systems and back-office staff.
Hardware & Systems: Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets, including servers, desktop PCs, laptops, printers, access points, and specialized catering equipment interfaces. Perform preventative maintenance and rapid repairs.
Software & User Support: Serve as the primary contact for all end-user support (Tier 1/2). Administer operating systems (Windows Server, client OS), Microsoft 365 services, and specialized applications used by Finance, HR, and Operations.
Security: Implement and monitor endpoint security solutions, manage user access rights, and enforce data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
The SAP B1 X-Factor (A Major Plus!)
Do you speak ERP? Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1), particularly in user management, reporting access, or ensuring seamless data integration from POS/inventory systems, is a significant advantage that will fast-track your application.
What We Are Looking For
2-4 years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
Proven expertise in hardware troubleshooting, network configuration (TCP/IP, routing, switching), and Windows Server administration.
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing patient, effective technical support to non-technical users.
