Days Off: Friday only
Working hours: from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead and enhance the OD frameworks (job profiles, grading system, competency model).
- Oversee the Performance Management System and coach managers on performance practices.
- Maintain and update job structures and ensure alignment with workforce needs.
- Drive onboarding, learning, and development programs.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring.
- Develop and update HR policies and ensure consistent application.
- Support culture, engagement, and talent management initiatives.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in OD, Talent Management, or Strategic HR.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, PMS, competency frameworks, and L&D.
