Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead talent review meetings and guide managers through the performance management cycle.
- Facilitate culture change initiatives and support business leaders in strengthening organizational effectiveness.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Conduct sessions to enhance people managers’ understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Support compensation and benefits programs and participate in job grade evaluations and salary proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Pharma sector
- Experience working in a large, global, and complex organization is preferred.
- Strong people management, employee experience, and stakeholder engagement skills.
