We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and contribute to maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
Assist with recruitment processes (screening, coordination, onboarding)
Maintain employee files and ensure all documents are updated and compliant
Support PRO processes such as visa applications, renewals, and related documentation
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth administrative support
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and general administrative tasks
Assist in HR reporting, payroll support, and internal communication
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Must be based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
