We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director (UAE National) to join a prestigious federal organization in Dubai. This strategic leadership role requires a visionary professional capable of driving organizational excellence, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the development of national-level policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of departmental systems, procedures, and operational frameworks.

Propose and review policies, draft laws, decrees, and regulations, and submit recommendations to the Director General.

Provide end-to-end oversight of departmental operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and federal standards.

Ensure strict compliance, governance, and quality control across all activities.

Offer strong organizational and strategic leadership to achieve the entity’s long-term vision and objectives.

Drive initiatives that strengthen institutional performance and promote excellence.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, government bodies, and internal teams to support policy development and implementation.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management within the department.

Requirements

UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10+ years of progressive experience in government, federal entities, or financial services

Strong background in policy development, compliance, governance, or regulatory affairs

Proven leadership and strategic management capabilities

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
