Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR operations department and set performance goals for the team.
HR Systems & Data: Manage and maintain HR systems (HRIS), employee records, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Process Improvement: Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies. This includes streamlining workflows from onboarding to offboarding.
Employee Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions about payroll, benefits, and company policies.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations and manage pre-employment checks.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, and manage exit interviews and feedback collection.
Benefits & Payroll: Manage employee benefits administration, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key HR metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide reports on HR costs and performance.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to other HR team members and train managers on important HR procedures.
Budget Management: Review and approve HR department budgets.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, is often needed.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills are essential.
