Senior HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manpower outsourcing or HR services, deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and proven team leadership skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and leveraging AI and modern HR tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple client portfolios
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and related regulations
Oversee employee lifecycle management: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding
Manage and mentor HR team members, ensuring high service standards
Act as a strategic HR partner to clients, addressing workforce and compliance needs
Implement and optimize HR systems, AI tools, and digital workflows to improve efficiency
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role in HR services or manpower outsourcing
Strong, hands-on knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Experience managing HR operations for multiple clients
Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills
Comfortable using AI-driven tools, HRIS, and modern HR technologies
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
