Ideal Profile:
End-to-end recruitment experience in construction / infrastructure projects
Proven exposure to RTA & utility project hiring (roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, utilities)
Hands-on white-collar recruitment (Engineers, Project teams, Technical roles)
Solid understanding of the Dubai / UAE construction job market
Ability to work closely with project managers & site teams
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
