Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in the UAE
Mandatory experience handling payroll for recruitment/manpower companies
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and payroll compliance
Experience managing client-based payroll, including multiple contracts and headcounts
Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
