expanding our customer experience team and looking for people who genuinely care about service quality and customer satisfaction.
You’ll engage with customers after service completion, collect feedback, resolve concerns, and help us continuously improve our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-service customer follow-up calls
Collect VOC, NPS (target 80%+ coverage)
Drive positive Google reviews
Handle escalations & coordinate resolutions
Quality checks on customer communication
Feedback analysis & reporting
Support customer retention initiatives
Who Can Apply?
Freshers are most welcome! Training will be provided.
Candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, or relationship management preferred
