Contract: 1 Year (extendable)
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across key banking domains including Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Engage with senior leadership (CXOs), business, and technology teams to drive transformation
* Define program plans, governance, KPIs, timelines, and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid)
* Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
* Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination
* Drive stakeholder alignment, reporting, and executive communication
* Ensure strong documentation, compliance, and change management practices
Key Requirement:
* 16+ years in Program/Project Management within Banking/Financial Services
* Strong experience in Digital Transformation programs
* Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and delivery frameworks
* Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
