Key Responsibilities:
• Lead core HR functions: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, C&B, L&D, Employee Engagement, and Retention.
• Drive Organizational Development initiatives: Competency Mapping, Culture & Values, KPI development, TNA, and Change Management.
• Implement and manage HRIS; ensure smooth adoption through change management.
• Design and execute L&D strategies, career pathing, and MT programs with measurable ROI.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage EOBI/SESSI, and maintain external relations.
• Promote HR policy implementation, grievance handling, and employee discipline.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions at the factory level.
• Support QMS compliance, integration, and communication of quality initiatives.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by HR Head or CEO.
