What We’re Looking For:
Strong command over HR digitization, systems implementation, and transformation.
End-to-end experience in managing the full HR function, including strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
A hands-on leader who can align HR with business strategy and help build a future-ready organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
6–8 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record as a Senior HRBP.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
