About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Committee Secretary to support the operations of the Appeals Committee for Licensed Financial Institutions. This role is key in facilitating case management, communication, and execution of committee determinations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare appealed case files and ensure cases are properly scheduled and organized.
Serve as the liaison between dispute parties and the Appeals Committee while maintaining discretion and adherence to guidelines.
Record accurate minutes of meetings and determinations, ensuring official documentation is complete and compliant.
Coordinate appearances of dispute parties and experts before the committee based on scheduled dates.
Notify involved parties of decisions using approved remote communication tools or legally recognized channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–15 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in legal, financial, or regulatory bodies.
