We're Looking For:
A highly motivated and experienced Outbound Telecaller cum Office Admin (Preferably female candidate) to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in tele calling/customer service
MUST HAVE IT industry experience
MUST HAVE UAE work experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus!)
Strong database management and lead generation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Degree holder (any discipline)
Responsibilities:
Conduct effective outbound calling and lead generation activities
Manage customer database with accurate information
Handle reception duties and welcome visitors professionally
Create reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required
Support sales team with appointment scheduling
Manage day-to-day office operations
