Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Learner Interaction:
● Welcome and greet all learners, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
● Provide accurate directions and respond to general queries related to schedules, rooms, or campus navigation.
● Handle learner inquiries efficiently and escalate them to the appropriate department if needed.
Reception & Communication Duties:
● Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person queries at the reception desk.
● Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with entry protocols.
● Act as a communication bridge between departments and facilitate the smooth flow of information.
Administrative & Facility Support:
● Log and track maintenance and facility requests from staff and learners.
● Follow up with the facilities or maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
● Coordinate meeting room bookings and event setup requests, ensuring readiness of spaces.
Other Duties:
● Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
● Assist with administrative tasks such as printing ID cards, courier handling, and data entry as required.
● Provide support for special events and campus initiatives as needed.
Requirements and Experience:
· Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role, preferably in an academic or corporate environment.
· Education: High school diploma or above; administrative or customer service certifications are a plus.
· Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with administrative systems.
