Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist with strong expertise in sourcing candidates, particularly via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top talent to support recruitment efforts. This role focuses solely on candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
· Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for various roles.
· Use advanced search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter tools to target suitable talent.
· Conduct initial outreach and engage potential candidates to assess interest and suitability.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements along with Assistant Manager – Human Resources.
· Maintain accurate sourcing records and candidate databases.
· Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on market trends and feedback.
Requirements and Experience:
· Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred).
· Familiarity with other sourcing techniques.
· Strong communication and engagement skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Knowledge in MS Office particularly excel
