Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of necessary documents and lists for item verification by quantity and condition.

- Briefing the team on activity details, tools, equipment, and PPE before proceeding to the location.

- Barricading the activity area to prevent unauthorized entry.

- Manual handling of light items on racks and using mechanical aids like pallet trucks or forklifts for heavy materials.

- Unpacking items for counting and physical checks.

- Re-packing materials after verification and arranging them in their designated locations.

- Generating a physical inventory check report with details of items checked, date, store, observations, and any discrepancies.
