Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee performance appraisal systems, compensation strategies, and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
Nurture a positive work environment and support employee engagement.
Conduct training, evaluations, and implement employee retention strategies.
Report HR metrics and provide decision support to management.
Location: Kuwait
Salary Range: 800 KD – 1000 KD
