Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new vendors/factories; manage vendor relationships.
- Negotiate prices, manage orders, and track production to delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve vendor-customer conflicts.
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring commercial KPIs are met.
- Support innovation through prototyping and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the fashion or retail industry.
- Must have experience working with international markets.
- Proven merchandising experience, with knowledge of garment manufacturing.
- Creativity, technical capability, and awareness of merchandising trends.
- Strong multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- The role require travel as needed and fluency in English
