Core Skills:
· Strong knowledge of UAE salary structures, allowances, benefits, and pension calculations.
· Experience in Compensation & Benefits: benchmarking, pay structures, internal parity, manpower costing.
· Hands-on with Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry / Hay preferred).
· Exposure to OD work: org structures, job descriptions, role mapping.
· Ability to draft/review HR policies.
· Strong HR analytics and Excel modelling skills.
Experience and Skills:
· 3-5 years in C&B / HR Analytics / OD.
· UAE or GCC experience preferred.
· Experience in multi-entity/group environments is a plus.
