Battmobile, UAE’s leading 24x7 onsite auto services provider, is expanding and looking for a hands-on HR Admin to support core HR operations. With 40+ service vehicles and 150,000+ customers served, this role is for someone who understands HR basics and can execute without hand-holding.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year HR Admin / HR Coordination experience (UAE experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment support (screening, interview coordination)
• Employee records management & HRIS updates
• PRO coordination for visas, labor & immigration processes
• Leave, attendance & employee query handling
• HR reporting and administrative support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business preferred)
Strong MS Excel & Word skills
Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is a plus
