Strong hands-on experience with 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, including 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙𝗧 & 𝗖𝗕𝗣𝗥+ 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀
Proven expertise in designing 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯 & 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and enterprise-grade platform solutions
Deep experience in building 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and distributed systems

Prior experience conducting 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 and presenting 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗨𝗫 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 to senior leadership
Exposure to 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 within BFSI, preferably 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴
Strong experience performing 𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Industry exposure and deep market knowledge of 𝗨𝗫 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀
Experience with 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗕𝗣𝗠) and 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲-𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 is a strong plus
