Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, BPM Specialist, or similar role.
Experience working in real estate, government, or large enterprise organizations preferred.
Proven experience in business process design, documentation and SOP development.
Hands-on experience with Business Process Management methodologies (BPMN preferred).
Lean Six Sigma certification (GreenBelt minimum).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Certification in BPM, BPMN, Process Mining, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (or similar suites) in a global or multi-national business unit environment.

Prior experience delivering business case/ ROI for process improvements, automation deployment, change management roll-out.
