Key Responsibilities

1. Design end-to-end architecture solutions for core and digital banking platforms

2. Lead technical architecture across lending, deposits, payments, trade finance, and cards

3. Collaborate with business, product, development, and infrastructure teams

4. Define and govern architecture principles, standards, and best practices

5. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards

6. Evaluate and recommend emerging banking technologies

7. Review and validate solution designs across multiple projects

8. Oversee system integrations, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms

9. Document existing processes and architecture solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of financial services and banking workflows

2. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering

4. 5–10 years of experience, including 2+ years in a Solution Architect role

5. Experience with digital transformation and core modernization

6. Excellent communication and documentation skills

7. Ability to work independently and own solutions end-to-end

8. Knowledge of transactional systems, risk, or compliance platforms is a plus

9. TOGAF (Preferred)

10. AWS / Azure Solution Architect Certification
