Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and performance optimization.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts and errors.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Assist in network infrastructure management (routers, switches, firewalls).
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA will be a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Systems Support / System Support Administrator or similar role.
