5–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Maximo MAS Manage configuration, administration, and customization
Lead modernization and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions
Proven experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and dashboard development
Experience in data migration, data validation, and data quality management
Working knowledge of Java and automation scripting (Jython)
Strong experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable asset management solutions
Maintain documentation, configurations, and technical specifications
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to manage multiple business requirements
Exposure to facility management contracts and enterprise asset workflows
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
Experience with IBM TRIRIGA implementations
Exposure to Oracle EAM / Oracle Property
Experience working on government or large-scale ERP programs
Familiarity with shared services architecture
Experience working with System Integrators (SI)
