3–6 years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions in production
Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps (forms, views, business rules, command bar, PCF basics)
Expertise in Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, plugins, column types, calculated/rollup fields)
Experience troubleshooting Power Automate flows (run history, retries, concurrency, error handling)
Hands-on experience debugging Plugins & Custom APIs (C#, .NET, execution pipeline, tracing)
Strong knowledge of Web Resources (HTML/CSS/JS), form scripting, Xrm APIs, FetchXML
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and maintain known error documentation
Monitor system health including flows, plugins, API limits, and platform performance
Manage environments, solutions, and deployments (Dev → Test → UAT → Prod) with ALM best practices
Handle user access, security roles, app sharing, and support requests
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards across Power Platform environments
Strong troubleshooting using Admin Center, Plugin Trace Logs, Flow History, Monitor, DevTools, Postman/Fiddler
Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Registrations)
Knowledge of PCF development and TypeScript
Exposure to Power BI integration and Microsoft Teams integration
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / Git for version control and pipelines
Microsoft Certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
