About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting business systems. You will help ensure the stability, security, and performance of our internal IT environment while supporting employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 End-User IT Support
Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and maintain laptops, applications, and systems
Troubleshoot issues and maintain support logs
☁️ Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune & Defender
Handle user accounts, permissions, and licenses
Implement security and compliance policies
🔐 Azure Cloud Management
Manage Azure VMs, storage, and networking
Monitor system health and performance
Support IAM, security controls, and backup/DR solutions
🌐 Network & Connectivity
Configure and manage VPN access
Monitor network connectivity and security controls
📦 Vendor & License Management
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
Track hardware/software procurement and licensing
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience:
2–3 years of IT support experience
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Hands-on exposure to Azure cloud resources
Understanding of networking, VPNs, and IT asset management
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
