Role Overview

Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation under a hybrid work model, combining onsite presence for critical phases with remote collaboration. Responsibilities include Fit-to-Standard workshops, blueprinting, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP TM implementation (Explore → Go-Live)

Conduct workshops & gather requirements

Configure TM functionalities and manage delta requirements

Integrate with SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM)

Lead UAT, training, and post-go-live support

Key Requirements

10+ years SAP experience with focus on TM

1–2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA TM implementations

Expertise in Freight Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Costing & Settlement

Experience in multi-modal transport (Road, Rail, Ocean, Air)

Strong S/4HANA & CIF knowledge; TM integration experience (LBN, Event Mgmt)

SAP Activate methodology familiarity; Fiori a plus
