As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be a key player supporting our consultancy team in delivering HR services to our clients.
Location: Meydan Grandstand, Dubai
Responsibilities:
· Support the HR Consultancy team in implementing and delivering client projects and services across areas like talent acquisition, performance management, and organization development.
· Prepare, review, and proofread HR-related documents, including policies, job descriptions, interview guides, competency models, and assessment center reports.
· Assist in coordinating client meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
· Contribute to preparing proposals, proposals decks, and client communication materials.
· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of client services.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
· Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in HR.
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
· Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
· Having a car is a plus.
