Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Consultant to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs and events. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business needs and enhance employee capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage training sessions, workshops, and corporate events.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support in designing tailored learning solutions.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Track training effectiveness, prepare reports, and maintain training records.
Support in developing learning materials and e-learning content.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage events and multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
