Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for teams and channel partners.
- Evaluate performance and create development plans.
- Support marketing events through training and preparation of teams.
- Lead regional projects and programs.
- Conduct on-ground audits to assess product availability, merchandising, and POSM execution.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, or Retail.
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
