Salary: Up to AED 4,000/month
Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment (UAE or home country)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking for talent acquisition
- Handle interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience (UAE or home country)
- Experience in banking/financial services recruitment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Based in Dubai
