This is a hunter role requiring a highly motivated individual to prospect, secure, and manage large-scale catering contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the events landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new catering opportunities within the corporate events, exhibitions, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sector, and high-end private functions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers, event organizers, PR agencies, and corporate clients.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized, detailed catering proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close high-value contracts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our catering offerings remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with luxury standards.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with the Kitchen Operations and Events Planning teams to ensure seamless execution of sold events.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the division's revenue goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven Outdoor/B2B Sales experience, specifically within the Catering, Hospitality, Events, or F&B sector in the GCC.
Network: Possesses a strong existing network of corporate clients, event planners, or venue managers in the [Specific Market, e.g., UAE/Saudi] market.
Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
