We are looking for an Associate Analyst to join our dynamic Asset Management team, dedicated to elevating hotel advisory services and operational excellence in the region.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, focusing on assessing hotel performance, supporting management decisions, and ensuring each property meets its financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial and operational analysis for assigned hotel portfolios.

- Assist the Asset Management team with report preparation, presentations, and research.

- Maintain accurate documentation and support daily operational activities.

- Participate in meetings and cultivate relationships with hotel operators and clients.

Qualifications:

- UAE National with a valid Family Book.

- Hold a university degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

- Background in financial or business analysis.

- Proficient in hotel KPIs and financial reports.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in the GCC region is a plus.

- Ability to adapt, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a passion for learning.
